All Ladydarlen pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, and your order will be shipped immediately after it is completed.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly through the provided link.

Ladydarlen currently offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Ladydarlen pieces are made to order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

• The item is defective

• The item does not meet our quality standards

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required for review.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by the Ladydarlen team.

Non-Exchange & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect size selection

• Items not fitting as expected

• Preference for a different size, color, or style

• Change of mind after purchase

Size exchanges are strictly not accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Made-to-Order & Production Time

All Ladydarlen garments are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Production takes approximately 3–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped once production is complete.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

International shipping is available, and tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country.

All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Ladydarlen is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by local customs authorities.

All purchases are final sale.

As all Ladydarlen pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds or size exchanges.
