All Ladydarlen pieces are made to order and carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges under any circumstances related to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and size details carefully, as size exchanges are not accepted.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases where an item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence for review.

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at Ladydarlen’s sole discretion.
If a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and taxes are non-refundable.
